Opinion rejecting challenge
Case Information
A state court challenge, under the state constitution, to counting people who are incarcerated where they are incarcerated, rather than at home, for redistricting purposes.
On Jan. 14, 2021, the court dismissed the case, finding the case filed against the wrong defendants and not timely for adjudicating either the last cycle’s lines or the lines yet to be drawn.
