Case Information
A state court challenge to Oregon’s congressional districts, alleging that the plan is an unlawful partisan gerrymander and that it needlessly ignores county lines, communities of interest, political and geographic bounds, and transportation links, contrary to state law.
On Nov. 24, 2021, the court found that the petitioners failed to meet their burden of persuasion, and dismissed the case.
