A federal court challenge by proponents of a redistricting initiative to the deadline and in-person signature requirement for initiatives, in light of COVID-19.

On 5/29/20, the trial court preliminarily enjoined the deadline for gathering signatures, but declined to require the state to accept electronic signatures.  On  6/9/20, the parties settled, extending the deadline for signatures from 6/24/20 to 8/3/20.
