A state court challenge to the existing deadlines for redistricting in state law, in light of the delay in the delivery of Census data.

On July 7, 2021, the state Supreme Court granted the petition, allowing the state’s reapportionment commission to draw preliminary plans by Jan. 8, 2022, and final plans by Feb. 27, 2022.
