Case Information

A petition in state court to modestly adjust the borders of the congressional districts, pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. ยง 2-1-106, in order to resolve district boundaries that divide particular residential parcels and in order to adjust a boundary leaving one precinct with only two registered voters (compromising ballot secrecy).

On Mar. 18, 2022, the state Supreme Court approved the proposed changes.
