A state court challenge  to the state House districts, on grounds that the plan improperly allocates representatives to towns under the state constitution.

On May 14, 2012, the New Hampshire Supreme Court consolidated this case and several related challenges.

On Jun. 19, 2012, the New Hampshire Supreme Court rejected petitioners’ challenges.

On Sept. 17, 2012, the trial court–on remand–dismissed the case.
