Petition asking Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court (one of the state’s two intermediate appellate courts) to draw new congressional and legislative maps based on anticipated failure by the political branches to enact new plans in a timely manner.

On Oct. 8 the case was dismissed for lack of standing and ripeness.
