State court challenge to Pennsylvania’s congressional districts filed by a group of concerned mathematicians and scientists asking the court to declare it unconstitutional, enjoin its future use, and implement a new map adhering to the “one person, one vote” standard and other legal requirements.

The case was consolidated with Carter v. Degraffenreid II on Dec. 20, 2021.
