Case Information
On Oct. 15, 2021, the Colorado Independent Legislative Redistricting Commission submitted its final legislative redistricting plans to the Colorado Supreme Court for approval. Interested parties submitted briefs in support and in opposition to the final plans.
On Nov. 15, 2021, the Colorado Supreme Court approved the legislative redistricting plans, allowing them to go into effect.
