State court challenge to redistricting process based on the legislature’s professed refusal to consider racial data.

On Dec. 3, 2021, after the legislature enacted new districts, the trial court dismissed the case as moot.  A petition for review by the state supreme court was dismissed on Dec. 8, 2021.
