Case Information

Former state Senator and member of the NJ Apportionment Comm’n filed a suit in state court challenging his removal from the Commission and the naming of his replacement.

On Feb. 1, 2022, the court denied preliminary relief.  After several months with no further action, the court dismissed the case on Nov. 12, 2022.
