Case Information

Former state Senator and member of the New Jersey Apportionment Commission (NJAC) filed a state lawsuit against the head of the state Democratic Party, Leroy Jones and against the NJAC challenging the plaintiff’s removal from the NJAC and the naming of his replacement. The plaintiff is asking the Court to reinstate the plaintiff to the commission and enjoin the commission from any further action until the plaintiff is reinstated.
