Case Information

A federal court challenge to the apportionment of congressional districts, based on the alleged failure to adjust the apportionment under the 14th Amd. for states’ abridging the right to vote.

On Apr. 18, 2023, the trial court dismissed the case on standing grounds.  That decision has been appealed.
