Case No. 2022-0850 (Ohio Sup. Ct.)
Cycle 2020
Case Information
State court challenge to the participation of voters in the state legislative primary rescheduled for August 2022 based on the Gonidakis litigation, if those voters did not cast ballots for the same party in the congressional and statewide May 2022 primary that proceeded as originally scheduled.
On Aug. 11, 2022, the state Supreme Court rejected the challenge, finding the petitioner not entitled to the relief that he sought in mandamus.
