Case Information
A state court challenge to the congressional districts under the state constitution, based on alleged partisan gerrymandering and judicial adoption of an allegedly gerrymandered “least change” map in Johnson.
On Mar. 31, 2026, the three-judge trial court dismissed the case, finding that it had no authority to override the state supreme court’s decision in Johnson. That decision has been appealed to the state supreme court.
