On 6/6/19, the Oregon Supreme Court rejected the proposed ballot summary, and returned the initiative to the Attorney General for modification. On 8/15/19, the Oregon Supreme Court rejected the modified summary and returned the initiative again. On 9/4/19, the Oregon Supreme Court approved the second modified ballot summary.
