Case Information

A federal court challenge by proponents of a redistricting initiative to the State’s refusal to accept petitions from canvassers for whom background checks were “acquired” but allegedly without proof that they were “passed.”  On Sept. 15, 2020, the court denied a preliminary injunction and dismissed the case on res judicata grounds.
