Case Information

A federal court challenge to Georgia’s congressional districts, based on alleging a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, intentional discrimination, and on the unjustified predominant use of race.

The case was consolidated with Georgia NAACP v. Raffensperger on Feb. 3, 2022, though documents continue to be filed on both dockets.  The case has been stayed bending the appeal of Pendergrass v. Raffensperger.
